FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Highland Hustle?

The Highland Hustle is our largest annual fundraiser and community gathering. Three walking loops, yoga, ultimate frisbee, and other activities highlight fitness and time together.

What are we Hustling For?

Each year, our students participate in experiences that encourage them to step outside their classrooms and engage with the world around them. This year, we invite our community to HUSTLE for Highland as we work to raise at least $10,000 for out-of-the-classroom learning that engages the whole child. Because our activity fees only cover one third of the cost of these rich learning experiences, we need your help.

How Do I Sponsor the Hustle?

We have a number of opportunities available for those interested in sponsoring or underwriting the Hustle. Please contact Annie Prak-Primakow, Director of Development, at aprak@hcsmke.org or 414-342-1412 for more information.

When is the Highland Hustle?

This year the Highland Hustle will take place on Saturday, October 5th from 10:00am – Noon at the Washington Park bandshell.

How Do I Participate?

There are three ways to participate:

1. Register for the Hustle. Registration is $5 per person and $15 per person with t-shirt.

2. Donate. Your gift, whatever the size, will help us reach our goal.

3. Attend! Join us on Saturday, October 5th and Hustle along with your Highland community!

How Do I Hustle?

In an effort to make the event accessible for more of our community, we’ve removed the biking component of our event. For the safety of all our Hustlers, bikes, scooters, and wagons should be left at home. Strollers are welcome.
